Important Information regarding Services to Sellers & Buyers
Our valued clients are of course able to arrange any of these services for themselves anywhere however but we are legally obliged to inform you that we may offer the following services to potential Buyers and Sellers from a range of different suppliers – Estate Agency Services, Credit Brokerage (within the meaning of the consumer credit act 1974) in particular the arrangement of Mortgages, General Insurances, Survey and Valuation, Conveyancing, Lettings and Property Management. We may receive fees or reciprocal payments from other parties. Typically, these fees vary from £50 to around £350 depending on the type of referral made.
